In an unbelievably peaceful, tranquil and organic space, known as The Phoenix Gardens, discreetly ensconced between Tottenham Court Rd and Covent Garden, Author, Fitness Guru and Art Curator Jacqueline Harvey celebrated 30yrs of her Crystal Clear Health initiative.
It is scary how the time flies, it seems just yesterday we encountered each other in the early days of our Fitness journey. Dance works off of Oxford Street, Jubilee Hall in Covent Garden, plus many other Fitness institutions throughout the capital, our collective experience is immense.
Whichever project Jacqueline undertakes, much like myself, community is always at the epicentre. The goal is always to bring together, and include as many like minded people as possible, with the sole purpose of learning, teaching and sharing wisdom, which invariably improves all of our lives. The primary intention is to nurture ourselves and each other.
This 30th anniversary event, brought together many highly experienced coaches, tutors, teachers and gurus from different disciplines, to share their wealth of knowledge and wisdom with all who attended, serving to not only improve our existence, but in turn, improve the spaces we occupy and the people who we share those spaces with.
I was honoured to be not only the compere for the day, but a speaker on a panel with the lady herself, and the lovely Andrea Stewart also an experienced instructor..
All who attended look forward to next year, as we know a yearly event celebrating this unique initiative, will only go from strength to strength. Roll on 2026.
